Maryam Nawaz’s comment on Tosha Khana case decision being declared wrong in Badi-Nazar
PML-N Chief Organizer and Senior Vice President Maryam Nawaz has reacted to the decision of the Supreme Court declaring the decision of the Toshah Khana case to be arbitrary.
On the request of Imran Khan, a 3-member bench headed by Chief Justice Umar Atta Bandial heard the appeal filed against a decision of the District Election Commission Islamabad and the Islamabad High Court in the Tosha Khana criminal case.
The Chief Justice remarked that in retrospect, the trial court gave a decision in a single day which was not correct, there are flaws in the decision, not interfering in the matter now, let the High Court decide tomorrow.
Later, the Supreme Court declared the decision of Tosha Khana case against Imran Khan as wrong in hindsight.
