The Supreme Court fixed Sirajul Haq’s petition for hearing
The Supreme Court has scheduled Sirajul Haq’s petition filed for investigation against 436 Pakistanis in Panama Papers for hearing after almost 6 years.
A two-member bench headed by Justice Sardar Tariq Masood will hear the request of Amir Jamaat-e-Islami on June 9. Justice Aminuddin Khan will also be a part of the bench.
The Supreme Court issued notices to the parties including the Attorney General in this regard.
Amir Jamaat-e-Islami filed a petition in the Supreme Court in 2017.
In the application, an investigation was requested against 436 Pakistanis in the Panama Papers.
