The application of Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi was heard in the Islamabad High Court
In the Islamabad High Court, the hearing on the matter of registration of Al-Qadir Trust was adjourned till September 18 on the request of Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi.
Islamabad High Court Justice Mian Gul Hasan Aurangzeb heard the request of Chairman PTI and Bushra Bibi.
The court gave time till September 18 to the parties to submit their reply.
The lawyer said in his arguments that he applied for the re-registration of the trust in April 2024, according to the law, a decision is made regarding the registration within 90 days. Despite the lapse of 90 days, the registration has not been processed.
The court remarked that they are issuing notices to the parties and asking them to respond, if the position of the other side comes, then they will look at it.
The next hearing of the case was adjourned till September 18.
