Chairman PTI approached the Supreme Court against the Chief Justice of Islamabad High Court.
In the petition filed by Imran Khan, it is requested that the Islamabad High Court be restrained from hearing all the cases against me.
Chairman PTI has requested that all my cases should be transferred to Lahore or Peshawar and the hearing of the cases should be stopped until the court decision.
This petition has been filed in the Supreme Court under Article 186A through Advocate Latif Khosa.
It should be remembered that yesterday, the registrar’s office objected to the petition against further possible arrests of Chairman PTI and said that such a direct petition in the Supreme Court is inadmissible.
