Fans are eager to see the clash of arch-rivals
The high voltage match of the Asia Cup is going to take place today in which traditional rivals Pakistan and India will compete today.
Both the teams will be in action in Colombo at 2.30 pm and in case of rain, the match will be played on reserve day on September 11.
No changes have been made to the eleven-man national team, with Faheem Ashraf getting another chance. Cricket fans are eager to watch the traditional rivals clash.
The team includes Babar Azam, Muhammad Rizwan, Shadab Khan, Imamul Haq, Fakhar Zaman, Salman Agha, Iftikhar Ahmed, Naseem Shah, Shaheen Afridi and Haris Rauf.
It should be noted that in view of the ongoing heavy rains in Sri Lanka, the Asian Cricket Council had expressed its willingness to hold a reserve day in case of rain in this important match yesterday.
In case of rain, the India-Pakistan match will be played on reserve day on September 11.
Apart from this, the PCB had expressed its reservations after the rain forecast, after which the reserve day has finally been approved by the ACC.
