Bills worth more than 6 crore rupees burnt in Azad Kashmir

Citizens stage dharna at Waterfall Chowk in Kotli against imposition of additional taxes

In Kotli Azad Kashmir, citizens burnt bills worth more than Rs 6 crore.

They staged a dharna at the waterfall chowk of Kotli on the imposition of additional taxes by the government, while the dharnas have been going on for 20 days across the state in this regard.

During the sit-in in Kotli, citizens burnt bills worth Rs. 6 crore, in this context, announcements of non-submission of bills were also made in mosques.

Citizens refused to collect the bills, starting a civil disobedience movement in the state.
