A two -member bench of the Lahore High Court will submit a confessional petition
Chairman PTI challenged the move to cancel bail in terror cases in the Lahore High Court.
Justice Waheed Khan, a two -member bench of the Lahore High Court comprising Justice Sultan Tanveer, will submit a two -member bench on the petition.
The Office High Court had objected to hearing the petitions that the certified copies of the Anti -Terrorism Court Judge’s decision were not linked to the petitions.
According to the High Court Office, the applicant should make the first certified copies with the requests, then it was heard.
Imran Khan’s lawyer has challenged the objection. Solomon Safdar Advocate will be presented on his behalf.
The petitions have been made a party to the ATC judge and the police station Gulberg, the police station.
The lawyer said that the petitioner continued to appear in the terror court, during which the trial court sentenced the petitioner to the Tosha house case. Police arrested the applicant and shifted it to Attock Jail. He did not appear in the Anti -Terrorism Court for being in jail.
According to the lawyer, the trial court canceled Imran Khan’s bail on non -compliance and the decision caused irreparable loss.
The court has been requested to dismiss the August 11 decision to cancel the trial court’s bail.
