ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court has fixed the appeal of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf chairman to stop the trial of the Tosha Khana case for hearing.
The Supreme Court formed a 3-member bench headed by Justice Yahya Afridi, the bench also includes Justice Mazahir Naqvi and Justice Musrat Hilali. The bench will hear the case tomorrow (Wednesday) at 11:30 am.
Chairman PTI filed an appeal in the Supreme Court against the decision of the Islamabad High Court yesterday.
