Justice Mian Gul Hasan Aurangzeb will hear the contempt of court case
Islamabad: The contempt of court case against IG Islamabad Police Akbar Nasir Khan has been set for hearing.
Despite the court order, the contempt of court case against Akbar Nasir Khan on the arrest of former Federal Minister for Human Rights Dr. Shireen Mazari has been fixed for hearing on September 28.
The IG Islamabad has submitted an unconditional apology in the Islamabad case, but the decision on whether his apology will be accepted or whether the proceedings will proceed will be taken in the next hearing.
Justice Mian Gul Hassan Aurangzeb will hear the contempt of court case against IG Islamabad.
