Supreme Court Karachi Registry has issued contempt of court notice to Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah.
The case of Gujjar and Orangi Town victims was heard in the Supreme Court Karachi Registry, during which a notice of contempt of court was issued to Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah.
The court summoned Chief Secretary Sindh, Commissioner Karachi and Advocate General Sindh yesterday.
The Supreme Court said that they will look into the matter of summoning the Chief Minister after the Chief Secretary’s report. The Chief Minister has two to four days left, so what will be done by sending him to jail.
