The Supreme Court made the further hearing of the appeal filed against the Toshakhana decision subject to the decision of the High Court.
In the Supreme Court, a three-member bench headed by Justice Yahya Afridi heard the appeal filed against the Toshakhana decision.
Justice Mazahir Naqvi and Justice Musrat Hilali are also part of the bench.
During the hearing, Justice Yahya Afridi remarked that the Supreme Court has given the relief it was supposed to give you, the rest of the relief you will get from the High Court.
Justice Yahya Afridi said that your petition had become ineffective yet heard and ordered, we are understanding the situation.
Justice Yahya Afridi further said that we thought the High Court would give you a better order, let the High Court decide first and then the Supreme Court.
The court adjourned the hearing of the case till August 4.
