It should be noted that Additional Sessions Judge Humayun Dilawar had pronounced the decision of the Tosha Khana criminal case in the District and Sessions Court of Islamabad on August 5.

In this decision, the court sentenced former Prime Minister Imran Khan to 3 years in prison and a fine of one lakh rupees, after which the police arrested him from Zaman Park Lahore. Imran Khan is currently imprisoned in Attock Jail.

Judge Humayun Dilawar wrote that the accused did not appear in the court, IG Islam should comply with the order of the court, and arrest the accused immediately, if the fine is not paid, the punishment will be 6 months more.

After issuing the arrest warrant of Chairman PTI, the court ordered the IG Islamabad to comply with the arrest warrant.
