The hearing on the appeal of Chairman PTI in the Tosha Khana case will be held today in the Islamabad High Court. And no clear decision could be made.
A hearing was held in the Islamabad High Court on the request of Chairman PTI for transfer to Adiala Jail and provision of facilities, Chief Justice Islamabad High Court Amir Farooq conducted the hearing.
Chairman PTI’s lawyer Sher Afzal Marwat told the court that he had gone to Attock jail yesterday as per the court order, but he was not allowed to meet the chairman.
The Chief Justice asked the lawyer whether there is any meeting time in the jail. On which the lawyer Sher Afzal said that there is an appointment till 6 o’clock, another incident has also happened yesterday, and FIA called a lawyer yesterday and Khawaja Haris has been called today.
The Chief Justice remarked that the investigation does not mean to harass anyone, I will look into it on the administrator’s side, take care not to violate the law, they will give you what is in the law.

The Chief Justice remarked that he will order but will not form a political gathering. Additional Advocate General Punjab told the court that Chairman PTI has been kept in Attock Jail due to security risk, Nawaz Sharif has also been in Attock Jail, there is no single reason why Chairman PTI has been kept in Attock Jail. .
Lawyer Sher Afzal requested the court to order Imran Khan’s home meal and meeting with him. The Chief Justice remarked that I see in this regard.
Lawyer Sher Afzal requested again that if the court adjourned the hearing for tomorrow. The court adjourned the hearing of the case till August 11.
Application for suspension of conviction and judgment of the trial court
On the other hand, the hearing on PTI chairman’s request for suspension of sentence in Toshakhana and suspension of trial court’s decision will be held today. The division bench of Islamabad High Court will hear the case at 12 noon.
Chief Justice Amir Farooq and Justice Tariq Mehmood Jahangiri will be part of the bench.

In the petition, the detention of Chairman PTI in Attock jail has been requested to be declared illegal.
Chief Justice Amir Farooq remarked that I will tell you what the law will be and I will make an order, keep one thing in mind, only the facilities available in the prison rolls will be ordered. Will order accordingly.
Imran Khan declared guilty of corrupt practices
It should be noted that the Islamabad Sessions Court had sentenced PTI Chairman on August 5 and declared Imran Khan guilty of corrupt practices, the allegations against him in the Tosha Khana case have been proved.
The local court of Islamabad while pronouncing the verdict in the Tosha Khana criminal case has sentenced the Chairman PTI to three years in prison, fined one lakh rupees and disqualified him for five years. In case of non-payment of fine, further 6 months of imprisonment will have to be served.
The court also rejected Chairman PTI’s request to declare the Tosha Khana criminal case inadmissible. The court ruled by terminating the right of non-appearance defense.
The court said that the charge against Chairman PTI was proved in the Tosha Khana criminal case, the accused had submitted a false affidavit to the Election Commission, deliberately concealed information.
The hearing on Friday was adjourned three times, but no one appeared on behalf of Chairman PTI. The court adjourned the hearing till 12 o’clock and said that if Khawaja Haris does not appear at 12 o’clock, the verdict will be pronounced without hearing.
