Lahore: The court has ordered to stop the arrest of the alleged wife of former Punjab Chief Minister Pervez Elahi.
The FIA money laundering case was heard in the Sessions Court Lahore, in which the court sought records from the FIA on the bail of Parvez Elahi’s alleged wife Saira Anwar and stayed her arrest till March 2.
Additional Sessions Judge Ghulam Rasool also ordered an investigation involving Saira Anwar during the hearing on the bail application.
It should be noted that the FIA has registered a case of money laundering against Saira Anwar, the alleged wife of Parvez Elahi.
