The court order to present all the accused in the Anti-Terrorism Court tomorrow
Lahore: In the case of burning police vehicles in Rahat Bakery Afshan Chowk on May 9, the identification parade of 29 workers including Imran Khan’s bodyguard has been completed.
Lahore Anti-Terrorism Court Judge Ijaz Ahmad Butar heard the case of setting fire to police vehicles and arson on May 9.
The investigating officer said that a case has been registered against the accused in Sarwar Road police station who are involved in setting fire to police vehicles in Rahat Bakery Afshan Chowk.
During the hearing, the lawyer said that the guards of PTI chairman are also included among the arrested accused, the accused were arrested on August 5 from Zaman Park.
The police did not present the accused today due to the bad law and order situation, the court extended the judicial remand of 29 accused and ordered to present all the accused in the anti-terrorism court tomorrow.
