ISLAMABAD: The Ministry of Energy has decided to change the field officers of grades 17 to 19 of all distribution companies to prevent electricity theft.
The Ministry of Energy has issued instructions to the DISCOs regarding the transfer of officers of electricity distribution companies.
According to the officials of the Ministry of Energy, more than 1500 officers will be replaced across the country under this major decision to stop electricity theft.
Officials say that in this regard SDO, Axin, Superintendent Engineers have been transferred.
