People forced to stay in open places, fear of more casualties
As a result of the catastrophic earthquake in Morocco, the death toll has increased to more than 2,000, more than 1,832 are injured, and 1,200 are in critical condition.
Relief operations are ongoing in the areas after the earthquake, while more casualties are expected. Aftershocks continue and people are forced to stay in open places.
The Moroccan government has announced 3 days of mourning across the country and the World Health Organization said that more than 300,000 people have been affected by the earthquake.
It should be noted that the OIC, WHO and the United Nations have offered assistance to Morocco to help the people affected by the earthquake.
