Lahore High Court has declared null and void the inquiry against Rana Sanaullah, NAB
NAB’s application for canceling the bail of former Interior Minister and Muslim League (N) leader Rana Sanaullah was dismissed.
A two-member bench headed by Chief Justice of Pakistan Umar Ata Bandial heard the NAB application, during which the NAB lawyer took the position that the Lahore High Court had declared the inquiry against Rana Sanaullah null and void.
The court disposed of the NAB appeal filed for cancellation of bail in the NAB case of Rana Sanaullah as the application was ineffective.
It should be noted that in the past few days, the application for canceling the bail of Rana Sanaullah was scheduled for hearing in the Supreme Court.
NAB had filed an application for cancellation of bail against Rana Sanaullah on the charge of assets in excess of income.
