Judge ATC Abul Hasanat Muhammad Zulqarnain reached the court
Islamabad: Former Chief Minister Punjab Pervez Elahi will be produced in the court today in the case of vandalism of the judicial complex.
Parvaiz Elahi will be produced before the Anti-Terrorism Center in Islamabad on completion of his two-day physical remand, lawyers Sardar Abdul Razaq and Ali Bukhari will also appear on his behalf.
It should be noted that the former chief minister was arrested in the judicial complex vandalism case on the basis of a supplementary statement, while he was named in the case by the police station CTD.
On the previous hearing, the duty judge had ordered the police to conduct a medical examination of the accused Pervaiz Elahi.
