The Lahore High Court adjourned the hearing till 2 o’clock on the request of the petitioner’s lawyer, giving time to the public prosecutor to meet his son, the nephew of Chairman PTI, Hasan Niazi.
Yesterday, Hafizullah Niazi, father of Chairman PTI’s nephew Hasan Niazi, filed a petition in the Lahore High Court against the unjust detention of his son and his recovery.
The Lahore High Court had ordered to produce Hasan Niazi in the court and sought the response from IG Punjab and CCPO Lahore.
The hearing on the petition filed for the recovery of Hasan Niazi was held today, and the public prosecutor presented the report regarding the accused in the court and said that Hasan Niazi is the main suspect in the Jinnah House attack case.
The court ordered the public prosecutor to ask the concerned authority and tell them that the two father and son can meet.

The court granted time to the public prosecutor to meet Hasan Niazi’s father, and the hearing was adjourned till 2 pm on the request of the petitioner’s counsel.
It should be noted that Imran Khan’s nephew Hassan Niazi has been named in the Askari Tower and Jinnah House case, and is currently under the custody of the Balochistan Police.
Hassan Niazi’s father Hafeezullah Niazi requested the court to recover his son and present him in court.
