Islamabad: Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah has said that the assembly will be dissolved on the night of August 9, the elections will not be carried forward under any conspiracy or special purpose.
According to the details, while giving an interview to a private TV yesterday, Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah said that the assembly will be dissolved on the night of August 9, in this regard, he rejected the possibility of any conspiracy or secret purpose. Regarding caretaker prime minister, he said that PML-N has not given the name of Ishaq Dar, be it Ishaq Dar or Raza Rabbani, any politician including him can be named for the position of caretaker prime minister.
The home minister also hinted at using the old census for the elections, saying that if the recent census is notified, it will create more controversy.
Rana Sanaullah made Nawaz Sharif’s return to the country conditional on the election and said that Nawaz Sharif will return to the country one and a half months before the election. Expressing his wish for the PTI chairman, he said, “We want the PTI chairman to be disqualified from the court and to be punished and jailed by the court.”
