Senior lawyer murder case: Court expressed anger at CTD officials for non-arrest of named accused

The court returned the interim challan submitted by CTD

The Anti-Terrorism Court One Quetta has expressed anger on the CTD authorities for not arresting the accused named in the murder case of senior lawyer Abdul Razzaq Shar Advocate.

During the hearing of the case, the investigating officer of CTD police station Quetta presented a challan in the court. The hearing has been conducted by ATC One judge Saadatullah Khan Bazai.

The court expressed its anger on the CTD authorities for non-arrest of the named accused and lack of proper investigation and returned the interim challan.

The court directed the CTD to investigate the case better and collect evidence and said that after arresting the accused, the challan should be presented in the court.
