Severe earthquake shocks in Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Gilgit

The earthquake was so severe that panic spread among the people and they came out of their houses and shops reciting Kalima Tayyaba.
According to the seismological center, the depth of the earthquake was 223 kilometers, and the epicenter was the border area of Afghanistan-Tajikistan.
Seismological Center said that earthquake tremors have been felt in most districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
According to Seismological Centre, districts of Punjab including Faisalabad, Bhalwal, Nankana Sahib, Sharqpur and Murree, districts of Peshawar, Swat, Mardan, Dir, Malakand, Swabi, Attock, Mansehra, Nowshera, Kirk, Kohat and Haripur of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Apart from this, severe earthquake tremors were also felt in Gilgit, Ghazar, Hunza and Astor.
