Judge Abul Hasnat Zulqarnain is hearing the case in camera
Tehreek-e-Insaf Vice Chairman Shah Mahmood Qureshi, arrested in the Cipher Gushmadgi case, was produced in a court established under the Official Secrets Act in Islamabad.
Tehreek-e-Insaf leader and former foreign minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi was handed over to the FIA by the subordinate court of Islamabad yesterday after granting a 1-day physical remand.
Shah Mehmood Qureshi was produced in the court established under the Official Secrets Act, where Judge Abul Hasnat Zulqarnain is hearing the case in camera.
It may be noted that Shah Mehmood Qureshi was arrested by FIA on August 19 from Islamabad in the cipher case, and he was transferred to FIA headquarters after his arrest.

The FIA officials requested Shah Mehmood Qureshi’s 14-day physical remand in the cipher case yesterday, but the court approved the PTI leader’s 1-day physical remand and handed him over to the FIA.
