Islamabad: The verdict in the judicial complex attack case against former Punjab Chief Minister and PTI President Pervez Elahi has been reserved.
Parvez Elahi will be produced in the Anti-Terrorism Court for physical remand.
It should be noted that Chaudhry Pervez Elahi was arrested again from the police line after being released on the orders of the Islamabad High Court.
The spokesperson of the police said that Parvaizalhi was arrested in the case number 3/23 registered in the police station CTD.
According to officials, a case of rioting at the judicial complex on March 18 was registered against Parvaizalhi in the complaint of SHO Ramna, which includes 11 provisions including anti-terrorism.
It should be remembered that the Islamabad High Court suspended Parvez Elahi’s 3MPO and ordered his release.
On the other hand, the Lahore High Court dismissed Parvez Elahi’s request for recovery as ineffective.
