Justice Amir Farooq and Justice Tariq Mehmood Jahangiri will hear the request of Imran Khan
The appeal of Chairman PTI in the Tosha Khana criminal case has been fixed for hearing in the Islamabad High Court. Justice Amir Farooq and Justice Tariq Jahangiri will hear the application on August 22.
In the Islamabad High Court, the appeal of Chairman PTI in the Tosha Khana criminal case has been fixed for hearing.
The court has fixed PTI Chairman’s petition for hearing on August 22 and the Registrar High Court has also issued the cause list.
Chairman PTI’s request for suspension of sentence and release has also been fixed for hearing. Both cases will be heard on August 22 by Chief Justice Islamabad High Court Amir Farooq and Justice Tariq Mehmood Jahangiri.

It should be noted that in the Tosha Khana criminal case, the District and Sessions Court has sentenced Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan to 3 years imprisonment and disqualified him for 5 years and declared him guilty of ‘corruption’.
After the court verdict, the Tehreek-e-Insaf chief was arrested from Lahore, from where he was transferred to Attock Jail, and he is now imprisoned there.
